Continuing with our “top 10 lists” obsession, today we deliver our HQ favorite moments of 2009. Although results may be semi-skewed since many employees were brought on later in the year (we’re completing 2009 with over 20 more employees than we had on Jan 1, 2009!), the general consensus is we’ve had a lot of good times, proud moments, and hefty milestones here at HQ in 2009.

10. The launch of the Youth Collection, and finally being able to see entire families in TOMS.

9. Blake’s 33rd birthday and the launch of TOMS at the Viceroy, complete with Cheech customizing TOMS.

8. Launching a new website, hitting 150,000 fans on Facebook, and 300,000 followers on Twitter.

7. Reading Blake’s speech & seeing his incredible excitement in the photos from the ACE Awards.

6. Completing a one-mile walk in Venice w/ all TOMS employees for One Day Without Shoes, knowing that hundreds of thousands were walking barefoot that day too… in many different countries.

4. Launching the Cordones and Botas…. and having a really positive response.

3. Watching the raw cut of AT&T commercial for the first time in the TOMS warehouse.

Some additional awesome memories employees mentioned include the super successful Summer Sample Sale in the “pit” at TOMS HQ, being hired at TOMS, going on a Shoe Drop for the first time, and hearing Blake talk in an all-staff meeting about Ethiopia and the great work TOMS is doing there.
