Botas is Spanish for boot, tying this new high top style back to the Argentine roots of your favorite One for One brand. You’ll see the same classic alpargata lines on the Botas that you associate with classic TOMS, and the Botas can be worn with or without laces (like the Cordones!).

The TOMS employees who were fortunate enough to be fit-testing the Botas before they were released can attest to how well they’ve held up in the SoCal rain (OK, so it doesn’t rain super hard in SoCal…) and how many different personal styles work well with the new boot.

The Botas are part of the Holiday 2009 “Familia” collection, along with a slick mix of jewel tone patterns on the classic silhouette and flashy new silver Cordones for women.

TOMS featured its Fall Cordones, Holiday Botas and Spring 2010 collections which were all a hit!

LA’s top celebrity stylists and media previewed 15 collections including TOMS Shoes! It was a privilege for TOMS to be featured as the cause of choice for this year’s event, which was attended by the likes of  Nicole Chavez, Britt Bardo, Jeanne Yang, Penny Lovell, Johnny Wujek, Jessica Paster, Joey Tierney, Audrina Patridge and Jaime Pressly. Every attendee left with a pair of custom-painted, canvas TOMS designed by artist Tyler Ramsey.
