“take advantage of each day at TOMS, because these few months are going to go by so fast…”

One of my favorite things thus far, is being a part of “all staff” meetings where we find out exciting company news/events/meet new people. I love watching the team come together, from the Big Shoes to Sole(searching) Interns, we get to participate in the excitement of Giving. Knowing that a big event may be coming, such as the awesome Vagabond Tour or the Abbot Kinney Festival Pop-Up Store, will bring in new customers and in turn give thousands of shoes to children around the world makes my job, still, the greatest job I could ask for. The next months will be deeply cherished and be worked to the bone, knowing that my work ethic is a piece of what adds to the amount of bare feet covered.
