Caitlin Coble

Hola! My name is Cait and I run all the social media for TOMS. From Facebook to Twitter, the TOMS Blog, our YouTube Channel, MySpace (yes, we still have an awesome MySpace page!), and any community building online, I get to watch online as the One for One movement grows and inspires people… all day, everyday. I went on my first Shoe Drop to South Africa in ‘09 with some of my best friends at TOMS and new friends from Element and volunteers. I’d try to describe how amazing it was, but we’d probably be here for a while….

Jessica Shorthall

I’m the Director of Giving at TOMS – I consider this to be the best job on the planet! It means I get to work with our amazing partners around the world to make sure the shoes we give are having meaningful impact on kids’ lives, from prevention of diseases that come from the soil to access to education. I also spend a good bit of time in Ethiopia, where podo has really taken hold of me. It’s something I’ve become personally and professionally passionate about. In my own time, I am a nerd for U.S. presidential history, love food and wine, and speak several languages poorly, including Uzbek and Italian.

Ana Maria Munoz

Born in Australia to Colombian parents and raised in Los Angeles, I was destined to be a traveler. Fortunately, my position of Giving Programs Manager at TOMS has allowed me to combine my love of helping others, travel, and shoes into one awesome gig. When not working on our shoe-giving programs, I like to be a tourist in my own city, catch up on TV via Hulu, and scour local vintage stores and flea markets.

Hajime Birnbaum

My name is Hajime and I am on the International Sales Team at TOMS.  I get the opportunity to share the One for One Movement throughout the world by working with the best retailers, distributors, and agents on the planet.  I started as an intern in 2006 and have watched the TOMS Family grow from a handful of people to what it is today.  I believe in love, hard work, and serving others.  When I am not working, I enjoy riding my fixie, trying new recipes, and watching Kobe tear it up for the Lakers.

Garett Awad

My name is Garett and I help to massage the communication waves that are put out in the different retail spaces TOMS exists in.  I am passionate about many things some including chocolate chip cookies, grilled cheese sanwiches, music, marketing, and ultimately creating positive change in the world.  Oh and I love tea as well.  I try to live my day through the lens of my own eyes in that anything is possible if we have the will and the determination to succeed.

Sarah Walpert

I am a recent transplant to LA from Augusta, GA and graduated from University of Georgia in 2009 (Go Dawgs!) with a degree in Journalism and Advertising.  My true loves are writing, photography, traveling, and SPORTS!  And my dog, Gally.  And food. Working at TOMS is truly an honor because every day I get to come to an office full of passionate, like-minded individuals who all have a single mission: to make the world a better place.

Brad Otts

My name is Brad and I’m a Sr. Account Executive for TOMS- I am responsible for the Boutique sales for 19 states and also oversee operations for our national relationship w/ Whole Foods Market. I was the 1st Account Exec at TOMS & one of the 1st employees hired (going on 4 years now)! I am passionate about a lot of things: social entrepreneurship & local / independent business, simple community based living, cooking, nose to tail eating, organic gardening / beer brewing, song writing / musicplaying (guitar, banjo, pedal steel, piano), fixed gear bikes, volunteering, tattoos… more tattoos. I’m husband of the best wife in the world, Noelle, father of the two best children on this planet, Cash Alexander (3.5 yrs), Madeline-Rose (9.5 mo), and proud resident of the best city in the United States… AUSTIN, TX. It’s also important to note that I have 4 chickens at my home named after the 4 girls from Sex & The City (my wife’s name choices), my right ankle pops every time I take a step, I have Sufjan Stevens cell phone # on my phone, I recently ate venison heart and it was utterly delicious, and my ultimate dream in life is to have about 4-5 acres, raise some chickens, pigs, goats, and a couple of steers, garden and call it a day.

Krysten Richardson

I’m the Executive Assistant to Candice Wolfswinkel, the “Shoe Glue” at TOMS – basically, she helps hold everything TOMS together, and I help hold her together! Prior to signing on as Candice’s assistant, I was the Team Leader of the TOMS Southwest Vagabond team for the Spring 2009 tour. And prior to that, I pioneered the campus rep program on my campus as a Women’s Studies student at Portland State University. I grew up in San Francisco, but have learned to genuinely love living in Los Angeles – I’m a sucker for great camping weather, amazing sunny days conducive to long bike rides on my fixed gear, incredible farmer’s markets (I love buying local and organic!) and the plethora of vegan restaurants at my fingertips.
